Can I try before I buy?
Yes! Create a free account and generate a preview document for any control family. You'll see 25% of the document content to evaluate quality. You can preview one document type per day for free.
How many times can I regenerate a document?
Each purchase includes 3 generations per document — your initial generation plus two revisions if you want to update your answers and regenerate. Subscribers have unlimited regenerations within daily rate limits.
What's the difference between one-time and subscription?
One-time purchases are for organizations documenting their own systems — you buy what you need and own it forever. Subscriptions are for GRC consultants who need to generate documentation for multiple clients with unlimited volume.
How long does it take to generate a document?
The questionnaire takes 15-30 minutes per control family if you answer thoughtfully. After generation, expect to spend 30-60 minutes reviewing and customizing the output. Total time is 2-4 hours versus 40-80 hours writing from scratch.
Do you offer refunds?
Since you can preview document quality before purchasing, we generally don't offer refunds. However, if you experience technical issues, please contact support and we'll make it right.
How do I manage my subscription?
All subscription management — upgrading, downgrading, canceling, or updating payment methods — is handled in the Settings page after you sign in. No need to contact anyone.
